VirtuCareTT is a virtual doctor service founded by Dr. Brendon Pasea (BMSc, MBBS), a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. It exists so patients in Trinidad and Tobago can get medical advice for everyday, non-emergency concerns without sitting in a waiting room.
How an online consultation works
1. Create your account
Register with your email address and a password. Your details and medical information are private and visible only to you and your treating doctor.
2. Book your consultation
Describe your symptoms in your own words and upload a photo if it helps. Pay the TT$200 consultation fee securely online — payment is completed before your consultation begins.
3. Meet your doctor by video
Join a private video room on this website with one click. Your doctor assesses you, answers your questions and explains your next steps. Visits usually take about 15 minutes.

When to seek in-person care instead
Online consultations are for non-emergency concerns. Seek immediate emergency medical attention for severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, severe abdominal pain, fainting, seizures or serious injury. If your doctor decides you need a physical examination, they will explain where to go next.
