VirtuCare TT provides online consultations for non-emergency medical concerns. Some conditions cannot be assessed remotely; in those cases your clinician will advise you to be seen in person.
Emergencies
Do not use this service in an emergency. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, seek immediate emergency medical attention.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information about your health and keep your account details secure. Prescriptions and certificates are issued at the clinician's discretion based on clinical judgement.
Consultations and records
Consultation notes and documents are stored in your account so that you and your clinician can refer to them at future visits.
